How to apply:
1. Fill out the RAP Application Form for Membership through https://bit.ly/RAP_
2. Deposit the membership fee of Php 600.00 to Bank of the Philippine Islands [Loyola, Katipunan Q. C. Branch]
– Account Name: Reading Association of the Philippines
– Account Number: No: 3083 644027
2. Email the following to rapmembership@gmail.com:
a. Body of the email
– NAME [Surname, Given Name, Middle Initial]
– INSTITUTIONAL AFFILIATION
– NAME / INSTITUTIONAL AFFILIATION for OFFICIAL RECEIPT
b. Attachment
– Proof of payment as attachment
3. Electronic copies of certificate of membership and official receipt will be sent to you via email address reflected on the form.
